We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst (m/w/d) to support the FIS Banking team in Germany. This position is ideally located in Munich or Graz (Austria).
About the Team:
The Design and Architecture Team is a part of the Client Delivery organization and is responsible for architecting and designing technical solutions. The team is involved in a wide range of activities including customizations, enhancements, implementations, projects, technology integration, and infrastructure environment build-out. The team also supports pre-sales initiatives, providing input to prospect RFI and RFPs.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Use your expertise in specific business processes to provide technical guidance to clients and FIS teams regarding the business implications of various systems.
- Work on technology business consulting activities to meet specific client requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between end-users and consultants during consulting projects.
- Create detailed specifications for programmers to follow.
- Support QA teams in writing test plans and test cases to ensure that enhancements made to applications meet client needs and maintain application integrity.
- Support testing such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests, ensuring client needs are met.
- Occasionally travel to client sites for project-related work.
What You Bring:
- Past experience working in a senior-level Business Consultant role.
- Detailed knowledge of some or all of the following products in the German market: loans, savings, and/or payments.
- Experience working in a technology or financial services organization, preferably in a vendor/client capacity.
- Fluent command of both English and German languages.
